This eclipse season of early 2026 kicks off this coming Tuesday, February 17, 2026. At 4:01 am PST / 7:01 am EST  the eclipse is exact at 28 degrees 49 minutes of Aquarius. The lunar nodes are in Pisces-Virgo at 9 degrees 39 minutes at this new moon eclipse. In this eclipse Mars and Vesta (Hestia)  Ἑστία are at 19 degrees of Aquarius. This eclipse is square to Uranus in Taurus at 27 degrees 32’, which leads to unexpected events.

Earth (Taurus) interruption and even loss of electrical power. It will be an eclipse that has a really unexpected impact on systems and money, supply chains, currencies and more (Taurus). It can also appear as disruption with food and food supply distributions and food safety because of system issues. In Portland, and the Pacific Northwest can be unexpected events with children and food. The Ascendant for the Pacific Northwest of this eclipse has the tie to the 7th house Jupiter (Zeus Ζεύς) in Cancer. If you have not already, get to know your neighbors on your block or behind, above or below you. It matters. Depending on companies and their origin charts, this can show up in a specific brand quite dramatically. Community is important as Venus Ἀφροδίτη is within a degree of the lunar north node in Pisces. Jupiter in Cancer  (Zeus / Ζεύς) in the 7th is a reminder that the image of “other” taking on a highlight of the nurturing…consider the importance of your neighbor. What happens if your neighbor is made invisible even if temporarily? Is that for their protection? Are you in a protector role or being protected? What does that mean for our consciousness?

The law of compensation. 

 

A reminder of the universal divine laws: 

• Law of Divine Oneness: Everything is interconnected; all actions, thoughts, and events affect the whole. 
• Law of Vibration: Everything moves and vibrates a specific frequency; nothing rests.

• Law of Correspondence: “As above, so below” – our outer world reflects our inner world. 

• Law of Attraction: Like attracts like; thoughts and energy manifest similar circumstances.

• Law of Inspired Action: Action is necessary for manifestation, requiring alignment with thoughts and feelings. 

• Law of Cause and Effect: Every action (case) has an equal reaction (effect).

• Law of Compensation: We reap what we sow; blessings and returns are proportional to the value given. 

• Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy: Energy is constantly changing form, allowing low-frequency energy to be transformed into higher, positive energy.

• Law of Relativity: Events are neutral until compared to something else; challenges are tests to strengthen our perspective. 

• Law of Polarity: Everything has an opposite (hot/cold, light/dark), which are actually two extremes of the same thing. 

• Law of Rhythm: Everything operates in cycles and seasons, representing the natural flow of life. 

• Law of Gender: Everything contains masculine and feminine energies, which must be balanced for harmony. 

 

Many of us have observed several of the universal laws in motion in our collective response to the energies out of balance as we work together as a counter balance. Most people understand what is needed to counterbalance dense energy. This is a year we will see how immediate the energy swings in our instinctual responses to heavier energies we are transmuting. We are the ones working together and we are the ones that will bring ourselves towards greater harmony in our communities. This is the year we take inspired immediate action. This is a reminder that Saturn in Aries and Neptune in Aries will be our mindfulness “duty” showing up in our inspired actions that align with who we are. Our meditation practice, our yoga practice, prayer and mindfulness in our daily lives matters deeply in HOW we respond. Our collective communities need our focus and attention, keep in mind how your energy is focused or how it drifts. Your attention IS energy.  Where is your energy going every day?

Mercury (Hermes Ἑρμῆς) in Pisces is nearing the degree of its coming retrograde on February 26th at 22 degrees Pisces 34 minutes.  This Mercury in the illusion or imaginative sign of Pisces will be a good time to consider how much has unfolded in our collective consciousness in the past couple months. This has been a time of overwhelming feelings. Mercury retrograde may be a time to listen within, let Mercury be the guide to what is hidden. What emerges for you? Where does the flow invite you to see something you could not SEE in the last couple of months? What is emerging from the hidden place in the depths?  March 20th Mercury Ἑρμῆς stations direct at 8 degrees of Pisces. The degree where Venus Ἀφροδίτη is the planet of connection, friendship, love, and more. Mercury stations on this degree, where Venus Ἀφροδίτη is at the solar eclipse connected to the North Node in Pisces, is amplifying this degree in our consciousness. A Butterfly Emerging From A Chrysalis

 

To better understand the criticalness of the VENUS Ἀφροδίτη in this eclipse activated in Pisces with the North Node where we are evolving please consider this definition of Aphrodite (Venus) Ἀφροδίτη from the Hellenic wisdom shared by Hermodorus Lacedaimonius. 

Aphrodite is the visibility of two forces relating in motion. The movement becoming attraction – where we can see the FORM of it. In this eclipse she is highlighted in our cosmology of timing. This is the emerging form of UNITY in motion.  In this eclipse we can see that Venus (Aphrodite Ἀφροδίτη) is in Pisces (exalted sign for Venus Ἀφροδίτη). And we can see that Jupiter (Zeus Ζεύς)) is in Cancer, the exalted sign through Hellenistic astrology lens we can see there is an unfolding coherence of strength, power, and wisdom. With this added insight from re-emerging Hellenic wisdom we can gain greater clarity on the archetypal energies currently in transit – read through the planetary transits.  I am beginning the reframing of some of the knowledge of what we know today in the astrology I practice through this new level of coherency of these archetypes. It brings greater clarity and coherence to all those who seek to understand themselves in the world.

In recent days a few synchronicities led me to the videos that Hermodorus produced on his channel. I was seeking the insight of the importance of the Greek etymology of names and words and their power and what happens in translation from the original word through time. The universe is basically guiding me towards this available knowledge and wisdom refreshed through this person sharing their passion. It is our INQUIRY of life that opens the life path. It truly is the way to find your way. BE the archetypal fool, set off on the path, ask yourself questions, learn, be open, have awareness of what is IN THE FLOW. Synchronicities will show you are on the right path. For my astrology I share it is based on two disciplines, one is evolutionary astrology for my purpose, what I value, and focus of service for souls seeking guidance through their life experience. And second, adding my knowledge of Traditional / Hellenistic Astrology. I know and use the powerful techniques used for hundreds of years before astrology went underground and needed to be hidden for many practitioners and sages.  The re-emergence of Hellenic wisdom is here, just as we need it most. In this era of great changes and the changes coming at increasing speeds. And we all know many humans, relative to behavior patterns and the need for stability, do not like things changing too fast. I am grateful for Hermodorus’ work he is doing in sharing the wisdom with his own light and clarity being a Greek passionate about music and philosophy – the love of wisdom.

Recall that I highlighted the presence of Vesta (Hestia  Ἑστία) in this article I posted (January 18, 2026)? Vesta is the Roman name, Hestia is the Greek name  Ἑστία, the original., which carries a deeper meaning of the archetype. It makes sense to understand THAT transit, that moment. The deep stillness and presence of HESTIA  Ἑστία(gratitude for her divine witness) in a conjunction with Pluto (Hades Ἅιδης or Ἀΐδης– the realm of what is hidden that holds all life – consider the roots of a tree holding the entire tree we see above ground – paraphrased from Hermodorus’ video on Hades) is affirming the DEEP TRANSFORMATIONAL process we are in. Remember that all that has been hidden Hestia Ἑστία bore witness. There is a powerful divine presence Hestia Ἑστία with us in this deepest of transformation. 

Reflecting on this past month since January 18th we have been spiraling in the distillation and RISING into form of what has been HIDDEN – it is in MOTION (Poseidon  Ποσειδῶν/ Neptune in Aries) to inspire us to action of our duty as individuals within a collective, we are FORMING something NEW for what we value in our humanity, in our living lives for now and our children and perhaps generations to come. Saturn (Kronos ) reminds us this is the TIME. There is a law of consequence. Trust in that wisdom, but it always requires ACTION from us.

We need to hold that in our core as we burn (Ares) Ἄρης through all that blocks us from our communities living in a greater coherent harmony. The energies are your guide within YOUR FLOW. Action can be your conscious intention in mindfulness as a parent to your children at this time, protector, educator, and center for their young hearts and minds. Action may be your kindness while present at your work, but standing firmly and speaking up on your values. You must be an active participant in how your life takes shape and emerges. Action may take the shape of your community service to help others at this time of need. Action may take the shape of courageously confronting that which you fear most. 

Your unique LIFE is valuable and brings NEW LIFE as you are becoming. Where YOUR MOTION (what moves you instinctually / Poseidon Ποσειδῶν) into action and often requires courage too!  Using our will towards our desire in motion for creating harmony. Think about that after listening to Hermodorus’ words shared on the archetypes of Hestia, Zeus, Poseidon, Aphrodite, Ares, Hermes. Ἑστία, Ζεύς, Ποσειδῶν, Ἀφροδίτη, Ἄρης, Ἑρμῆς

Now, in this solar eclipse moment we have Hestia Ἑστία (Vesta) conjunct Mars (Ares Ἄρης) a part of what is getting activated within us (and what we will see). Aphrodite Ἀφροδίτη (Venus) is an important archetype of this eclipse for the emerging forces made visible. Remember that Armonia or Harmonia ἁρμονία is one of the children in Greek myth of the god Ares Ἄρης. You get to consciously CHOOSE with your WILL and conscious intention every day what you birth in your action. 

Do not let unconscious activities leak your energy so you miss the opportunity to live a life of your creation. Create a life you may co-create with others in your community where your soul will dwell in beauty, music, creativity, individuality, intelligence, knowledge, wisdom, and harmony. Be courageous! Take up space. Find your voice. Make love. Create joy, in the tiniest of things and let it grow. Every little moment holds great potential. Namaste. Bless this moment.

Therefore, the word Antarktikos describes the land opposite the Bear, even though, ironically, there are no bears in the Antarctic region, only in the Arctic.
