Tonight at 11:08 PM PDT we’ll have a full moon in the sign of Libra, the sign of relationships, social interests and social justice too. As you can see in the chart Jupiter (still retrograde) is within few degrees of the full moon bringing an expanded focus to these areas, though with Pluto in Capricorn there is a T-square of energy being amplified. There could be a balancing act between the driving fire archetype of Aries with Sun, Eris (goddess of discord and chaos) and Uranus and with Mercury headed back into Aries soon from Taurus ready to trigger it. This full moon will be full of surprises and possible sudden events that maybe will help us see better how we respond to related to civil liberties (social justice themes) or possible heated exchanges in relationships that when the issue is dealt with in maturity we gain new insight that can bring something new for our relationships with a deeper connection and intimacy at new levels. All relationships go through a process of review and renewal as we address our needs and those we are committed to in relationship. Mercury in retrograde moving from Taurus (self value, values and self-work thinking) to Aries (potential for selfish focused thinking – not always negative if discussed with a partner on the subject of needs), just be careful how you language something now as Mercury may play the role of trickster. Be mindful of what you say and how you say it and try not to jump into new plans without some deeper critical thinking on the matter, you’ll be glad you took a little more time. It may sound like a good idea, but you may need to evaluate it with greater discernment! Venus is still retrograde getting ready to station direct April 15 at 27 degrees Pisces, squaring Saturn in Sagittarius, again another aspect in this full moon chart here on themes of relationships, commitments and boundaries. Are you letting others take advantage of your kindness? If you’ve felt the drain of someone in your life it’s time to speak up for yourself and set new boundaries! It’s also a good time to spend time with friends where you can enjoy those nearest to your heart. Cherish the moments that bring you together and celebrate the little things that make life sweet. Namaste.
