Mercury enters the water sign of Cancer this morning at 11:09 am PDT (2:09 pm EDT). Leaving behind his own domicile in the air sign of Gemini, and the square to Neptune in Pisces as well. Once Mercury enters Cancer the moods, thoughts, perceptions, and thinking move into our feeling natures, so the “gut instinct” one “feels” is a way of thinking! Keep in mind it takes some people longer to process when they are thinking on the matter and not used to the “feeling what they think” way of being. For those who are more watery by their moon, Mercury, Sun, or sun sign you’ll feel like you are in your favorite jeans again, and just at ease with Mercury in a water sign. Mercury in Cancer is cardinal and things will materialize quickly into life as it moves through this sign.
